Hallform Architects ApS (“Hallform”, “we”) runs this website. Our registered office is Nørrebrogade 18, 2200 Copenhagen, Denmark.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site or write to us, and what we do with it.

When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email, phone number if given, and the details you share about your project.

When you sign up for the newsletter we collect your email address. We also collect basic, anonymous usage data such as pages viewed.

We use your details only to reply to you, to prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to run the project.

We never sell your data and never share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the site and send email.

The site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work, and privacy-friendly analytics that do not track you across other sites.

Inquiries are kept for two years. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires — usually ten years after completion.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click.

You also have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
